Manufacturing - Thread rolling

Our in-house Thread Rolling capacity includes 2 dedicated hydraulic thread rolling machines capable of plunge rolling and through rolling, with a maximum machine capacity of 100mm diameter.

We produce typical rolled thread forms including

• Metric Coarse pitch & metric fine pitch.
• Unified (UNC, UN8, UNF).
• British Standard (BSW. BSF)
