We are able to process components in line with your specific heat treatment requirements, including;

Coating & Plating:

We are able to process components in line with your specific coating/plating requirements, including;

Xylan/PTFE.
Molycote.
Sermagard.

Zinc Plating.
H.D.G. Hot Dipped Galvanised.

Mechanical Testing:
In accordance with your own specifications, we are able to carry out additional material and product testing by UKAS accredited test laboratories, including;

Tensile Tests.
Low Temperature Impact Tests.
Creep Tests / Elevated Tensile Tests.
Stress Rupture Tests.
Proof Load Tests.
Chemical analysis.
Microstructure.

NDE – Non Destructive Examination:
In accordance with your own specifications, we are able to carry out additional material and product testing by UKAS accredited test laboratories, including;

Ultrasonic Inspection.
MPI – Magnetic Particle Inspection.
LPI – Liquid Penetrant Inspection.
